Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: We ship to most international destinations, subject to any restrictions imposed by local trade regulations. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size, destination, and selected shipping method. 

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided when placing the order. However, actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Methods: We prefer shipping under FOB (Free on Board) terms, where the buyer assumes responsibility once the goods clears customs. Under FOB, the buyer is responsible for the cost of freight, insurance, and any other costs beyond customs. 

Alternative Shipping Options: If requested, we can also arrange shipments under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). 

For domestic orders within India, we use Road Transport through authorized carriers. 

*Air Shipment: If requested, we can arrange shipment by air based on agreed Incoterm with the buyer bearing the costs associated with this premium shipping option. 

Ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the shipping carrier or the specified destination, as agreed in the order. 

Under FOB (Free On Board) shipping terms, responsibility for insuring the goods transfers to the buyer once the goods clears customs at the port of departure. The seller is not liable for any loss or damage to the goods occurring after this point. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain adequate insurance coverage for the goods during transit from the port of departure to the final destination. 

The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, including destination custom duties, and import taxes.
